We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution or work collaboratively under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Effectively manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide well-reasoned written analyses.
• Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies and resolve legal issues.
• Represent clients in hearings, pretrial conferences, and other court proceedings.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing timely case updates.
• Develop case strategies and projections to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Courtroom experience (first or second chair preferred).
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with electronic discovery tools.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (preferred).
• Active Florida Bar license and good standing to practice law in Florida.
