Job Description Job Description Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for our global insurance and risk management firm.Candidates MUST reside within a 1-hour commute from the following locations for consideration:· Urbandale, IA· Franklin, MA· Houston, TX· Tampa, FL· Miami, FLJob Title: Customer Service RepresentativeContract Duration: 11-month contract, possible extensionLocation: Remote to specific are listed abovePay Rate: $16.59/hour to $18.50/hour (Based on location)Hours: Set schedule Monday-Friday between 7:45am CST to 6:00pm CST- 40 hours per weekResponsibilities:· Policy administration: Executing policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and managing policy renewals.· Client communication: Answering client inquiries, providing updates on policy status, and addressing concerns.· Claims support: Assisting clients with the claims process, including filing claims and following up on status.· Data management: Maintaining accurate client information within the company system.· Compliance checks: Ensuring that policies adhere to regulatory requirements.· Collaboration with teams: Working closely with account managers, producers, and other internal teams to provide comprehensive client service.Minimum Qualifications:· 2+ years of call center, customer service experience· Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities· Quiet, professional work space without distractions· Ability to adhere to set schedules and breaks· High school diploma or GEDAbout Us:Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
