Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives, assisting with inquiries, product issues, and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Manage and process incoming and existing sales quotes, orders, payments, and credits.
  • Proactively track shipments, provide real-time updates to customers, and coordinate resolutions for any delays or order discrepancies.
  • Keep sales representatives informed of inventory availability, market trends, and product updates to support their sales efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with ERP system updates, data integrity, and sales reporting (SAP experience preferred).
  • Collaborate with marketing to order promotional materials and ensure customers have the latest product information.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide solutions to enhance product experience and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management within a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Strong multitasking ability, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive, solutions-driven attitude with a passion for customer engagement and problem-solving.
