Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join the Core Laboratory team at in Minneapolis, MN . This role focuses on performing diagnostic laboratory tests, ensuring accurate results, and contributing to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing on patient specimens following established procedures.
- Ensure proper patient identification, specimen collection, and data entry into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Analyze, interpret, and report test results while identifying critical values.
- Conduct and monitor quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification through ASCP (required).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

- Location: Minneapolis, MN 55415
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, rotating Days/Evenings (40 hours per week)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Pay Rate: $46 - $52/hour
