Receptionist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA .
The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • Communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Must have personality (Professional and Courteous) - A go getter!
  • Paying $25 - $29 per hour; depending on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Sitting at front desk answering tenant complaint calls
  • Entering in work orders
  • Coordinate to receive updates on progress to fix problem
  • Certificates of Insurance verification for outside vendors
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask
