We are looking for a handy Chief Engineer for the DoubleTree Northlake.

In this role you will be in charge of:

• Maintain hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture maintenance, prompt repairs, parking lot cleanliness etc.)
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance Program
• Ensure completion of work orders with an appropriate sense of urgency and quality
• Manage third party contractors
• Maintain HVAC system
• Diagnose and fix machine equipment issue
• Manage a team of Maintenance Engineers
