Shifts Available: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with overtime/on-call availability required for off-shift & possible weekends.
Pay Rate: $31- $34 an hr. depending on experience

Job Scope: The Technician (PLC) reports to the Technical Services Manager and is responsible for troubleshooting, upgrade existing equipment along with design and implementation. Hands on installation of production equipment and hardware design.
Job Duties: - Troubleshoot and upgrade existing equipment to new equipment design & Implementation.
- Perform hands-on installation support for new or modified production equipment.
- Implement machine control knowledge and understand classical control theory.
- Responsible for operating Fluke Meters, and other electronic test equipment.
- Elaborate electrical schematic drawings using AutoCad and Autocad electrical
- SCADA developing knowledge: Ignition, Python and Labview
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience with direct PLC programming required
- PLC Programming experience required.
- HMI development with RSview32, FT view & C-more panels.
- Hardware design experience with PCL/VFD wiring diagrams.
- Experience with Rockwell ControlLogix & Micrologix.
- Experience with Koyo PLC programming.
- Industrial network protocols knowledge with Ethernet I/P, DeviseNET, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP.
- Motion control Knowledge with servo, stepper, DC, AC drives.
- Serial communication knowledge with RS232 / 485.
