ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales goals
- Examine prospects to determine insurance and risk management needs
- Build a strong center of influence network
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team selling environment
- Maintain positive relationships with our carrier partners
- Solid understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coverages
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS - Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience
- 3 years of sales or service experience
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Accreditation
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health WI insurance license required within the first 90-days of employment and maintain throughout the course of employment.
