BLS (must be from AHA).

2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years

Driver's license

EPIC experience

Active NY license

The pay rate is up to $30.00 an hour (taxable rate) for travel & $1,456 stipend, Overtime Rate is $60 - Travel

The pay rate is up to $61.00 an hour (taxable rate) and the overtime rate of $91.50 - Locals
