Requirements:

• Resume (Minimum 1.5 years of CVOR Tech experience).
• Skills checklist
• NBSTSA/NCCT or equivalent
• BLS (must be from AHA).
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Driver's license
• Covid Card
• Flu shot.
• EPIC experience
