Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to provide support in managing personal injury cases. You will assist attorneys in preparing and organizing case materials, maintaining client communications, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements
  • Manage case files, ensuring that all documents are organized and up to date
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to gather necessary information and update clients on case progress
  • Perform legal research to support case strategy and trial preparation
  • Coordinate depositions, medical examinations, and court filings
  • Track important case deadlines and manage calendars
  • Prepare and file court documents in compliance with local rules
  • Handle client intake and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process
  • Assist in preparing for trial, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial notebooks
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of personal injury experience
  • Paralegal certification or degree is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, legal terminology, and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong client service skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
