As a Manufacturing Technician 1, you will be part of the production team supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 1Location: Fort Payne, ALSchedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Pay Range: $17 per hourWhat's the Job? Complete manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups. Gather, record, and analyze production information. Perform repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities. Oversee the use of machine control systems in manufacturing equipment. Resolve manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.What's Needed? Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing. Completion of a two-year vocational training program. Up to one year of experience in a related field. Ability to operate specialized machines and tools effectively. Strong analytical skills to estimate requirements arising from process changes.What's in it for me?
