Hot Java Bar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance and morale
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and payroll
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development as needed
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage supply orders
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a manager in a bar, restaurant, or similar setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
