Job Description - Handle EB-5 cases at various stages
- Document and the SOF pathway, handling research, forensic audit, and submission to USCIS
- Work directly with high-net worth clientele on tight deadlines

The Successful Applicant - JD or LLM
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Extensive experience with EB-5 investor visas
- Must have experience with Source of Fund and all required documentation
- Experience working directly with EB-5 clients
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
- Excellent case management skills
