Job Description

• Handle EB-5 cases at various stages
• Document and the SOF pathway, handling research, forensic audit, and submission to USCIS
• Work directly with high-net worth clientele on tight deadlines

The Successful Applicant

• JD or LLM
• Admission to a US State Bar
• Extensive experience with EB-5 investor visas
• Must have experience with Source of Fund and all required documentation
• Experience working directly with EB-5 clients
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
• Excellent case management skills
