Job Description - Handle personal injury defense litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
- Appear independently for court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
- Collaborate with the legal team to meet client and firm goals.
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of personal injury defense experience.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
