Title: Sr. Product Manager

Duration:14 months

Location: Richardson, TX - In-person preferred

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

Resource's typical working day:

• Work with stake holders to understand high level problems and translate them to products and initiatives
• Manager product managers in the US and India
• Prepare and submit business cases
• Work with product financials
• All items that involve product operations

Years of Experience needed: 10 years

Level of Education: Bachelors/Masters

1. Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and mentor senior PMs effectively, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring team alignment with strategic priorities.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution: Proficiency in developing and executing product strategies, facilitating workshops, and aligning business and product goals to drive successful outcomes.

3. Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management: Strong skills in engaging with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, and managing relationships across engineering, business partners, and senior leadership.

4. Governance and Reporting: Expertise in product governance processes, overseeing business case development, and preparing executive reporting materials to track progress and drive accountability.

5. Agile Methodology and Process Improvement: Knowledge of Agile practices to enhance product development processes, promote collaboration, and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Top Nice to have Skills (3-5):

• Experiencing in managing geographically distributed teams
• Experience in leading/managing data products, and/or enterprise level software as a service products across a multi-market environment
• Understanding of data management concepts and data as a service technologies
• Previous experience in real-estate industry very desirable, otherwise experience in financial or mgmt. consulting industries would be a plus
• Experience in owning product proposition, product commercialization and GTM for enterprise level products a plus
