Full Time Dayshift: 7:00am-5:00pm

As a Physical Therapist, at Santa Rosa Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

Graduation from a Physical Therapy program

Physical Therapist License issued by the State of Florida

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

About the Job:

Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.

Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.

Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.

Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
