We are seeking an exceptional full-stack engineer to join as a founding team member of a fast-growing startup. Our company leverages cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionize bookkeeping and financial modeling processes, providing startups with reliable and insightful financial back-office solutions.As a founding full-stack engineer, you’ll have a multifaceted role, shaping both the technical and cultural foundations of the company. You will design and develop software solutions from scratch, build infrastructure, and work closely with the team to define the vision and strategy.Roles and Responsibilities:

Architect and develop AI-driven software solutions to transform bookkeeping and financial modeling processes.Collaborate with the founding team to define vision, strategy, and product roadmap.Build and manage the technical infrastructure, including databases, servers, and APIs.Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of technology and data.Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and finance to improve products.Mentor and lead a growing team of engineers and developers.Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive adoption.Job Requirements:

Proven track record of deploying clean, maintainable code (GitHub/portfolio links encouraged).Passion for building and enhancing customer-facing products.Prior startup or founding team experience is highly valued.Interest in accounting and finance is a plus.Nice to Have:

Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer.Experience building LLM applications using OpenAI API and vector databases.Familiarity with event-driven applications and asynchronous I/O operations.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
