We are looking for experienced professionals with strong client relationships, expertise in tax and accounting functions, and a proven ability to generate business while mentoring and leading staff.Practice Areas of Interest

Tax Compliance and Advisory:

Leading tax planning, technical reviews, and client audits across industries.Business Development:

Expanding the firm’s client base and ensuring long-term engagements with tailored tax solutions.Staff Development and Leadership:

Training and mentoring tax staff, including performance reviews and professional development initiatives.Compensation Overview

Partner compensation is highly competitive, ranging between $250K and $400K annually, based on:The size of their client base (portable business)Billable hours and effective ratesKey Qualifications

10+ years of public accounting experience, managing complex engagementsCPA certification (active)Portable business of at least $2 million annuallyStrong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesAbility to develop and maintain long-term client relationshipsBenefits Overview
