Corporate Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)

to join their Corporate HR Team.This is an exciting opportunity to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance workplace health initiatives in a company that values its people as much as its progress.What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy aligned with corporate goals.Partner with senior leadership to embed safety into the company culture.Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations, staying ahead of industry standards.Conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and oversee ergonomics programs.Lead safety training programs to engage employees at all levels.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing effective corrective actions.Manage workers' compensation claims in collaboration with third-party administrators.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve safety performance.Develop and maintain emergency response plans to ensure preparedness.What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and DOT.OSHA training certification (strongly preferred).Experience in ergonomics program development and workers' compensation management.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as required.Why Join?
