Shift / Production Supervisor

As Shift / Production Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence of your shift.

You WillMonitor and ensure quality control checks and preventative maintenance is being completed in conformance with policies & procedures.Ensure all standards are upheld during the shift, including GMP, ISO, SPC, quality and safety.Monitor documentation and data entry for accuracy & compliance with processes & procedures.Facilitate scheduled work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, including required materials to fulfill work orders.Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line & with auxiliary equipment.Relieve Technicians for breaks and fill-in, as needed.Collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement

You Have:Ability to work the following shift: Night Shift 7pm-7:10amMinimum of 5 years of manufacturing production experience, with a preference for plastic manufacturingProcess-oriented, with a sound knowledge of SPC & Quality proceduresKnowledge of GMP & Lean manufacturing principlesDemonstrated ability to be an effective leader & role modelExperience using computer programs, such as SAPAbility to lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
