The Team Leader provides supervision, training, and guidance to team members on an assigned shift, including technicians, machine operators, and utility workers. You will communicate expectations in the areas of production, safety, quality, housekeeping, documentation, and team interaction. You will also manage performance for assigned team members.

You WillMonitor and approve necessary setting adjustments, performing machine repairs maintenance as neededEnsure preventative maintenance requirements are done as outlined by machine specifications and preventative maintenance guidelinesHave a working knowledge of various product orders by following all material requirements and customer requestsEnsure quality control checks are being done and help to maintain customer requirements, according to specificationsEnsure correct housekeeping procedures on machinery and in designated work areas are maintainedAttend training sessions and conducts team meetings

You HaveAbility to work

Monday-Friday (2nd shift) with OT as needed. Training for this position may take place on a shift different than the one you're hired for.Associates Degree or higher preferred; relevant experience will be consideredMinimum of three (3) years of manufacturing production experience,

with a preference for plastic manufacturingExperience providing on-the-job training & task guidance to othersBasic hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solveProven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
