Experience should be on projects valued from $100K - $10 million in both new construction and renovations. Job Details5+ years of experienceWell versed in Procore or other project management softwareExperience with interpretation of drawings, scope narratives and civil/geotechnical reportsWorking knowledge of RFI's, Submittals and other construction documentsNegotiate with Contractors and SuppliersExperience in commercial retail constructionEstimating experience is a plus!
