Job Details:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This exciting opportunity calls for a seasoned professional with a strong background in plumbing and hvac service & construction, ready to lead projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of project from inception to completion.Define project tasks and resource requirements, and develop full-scale project plans.Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing project budget and resource allocation.Plan, schedule and track project timelines using appropriate tools.Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as needed.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Use risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC service and constructionProven ability to solve problems creatively.Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.Excellent analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
