Job Details10+ years of experienceWell versed in Procore of similar construction softwareExperience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teamsAbility to perform annual reviews and train and improve management staffNegotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark upsReporting regularly on job progress to client and stakeholdersWork along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
