Job Details

Project:

500 residential unitsEight-story building with five levels of type III wood frame construction over three levels of type I above grade, two levels below grade concrete construction, and a podium with 6,400 sq. ft. of retail space.

Responsibilities:

Manage project scheduling, contract negotiations, and ensure projects meet financial, budgetary, and forecasting objectives.Develop and analyze bids, pre-qualify contractors, and oversee construction progress.Perform onsite inspections to ensure adherence to standards, and approve contractor invoices and change orders.Lead projects to timely completion, manage project teams, and act as a liaison between stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.10+ years of experience in Construction, with 7+ years in Multi-Family Construction Project Management and managing teams.Experience in podium construction and strong proficiency in project management software.OSHA 10-hour Certification and current First Aid & CPR training.
