7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent roleBachelors degree preferredExperience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, general commercial projectsStrong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings requiredExperience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedulesExperience with a construction management software ideally ProcoreProfessional communication and attitude
