Volt is immediately hiring for an RF Test Technician in Richardson, Texas This is a Direct hire position with a strong and growing semiconductor company.Shift hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm As an RF Test Technician you will:RF tester setup, calibrations, and troubleshooting certain equipment.Test handler setup, maintenance, repairs.Need to work cross functionally with R&M, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure appropriate and timely support of processes & testing equipmentSustain test operations within the package assembly facility. This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:Associate degree preferred (engineering or electronics related), equivalent military experience or equivalent industry experience needed.Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor test is desired.Strong understanding of production test – RF testing equipment experience & knowledge. (Radio Frequency Automated Test Equipment (ATE))Position will demand large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environmentSome lifting and standing will be required.Strong problem solving skills, and hands on ability are critical to this position.
