Remedy Staffing is Hiring for an Experienced RN Nurse Practitioner or BCBA for a Client in Urbandale, IA!Our client is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Nurse Psychiatrist. This is a direct hire opportunity for a local company.

Starting Pay:

$80,000 - $90,000 + Full Benefits

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday), some additional hours as needed.

Duties:

Conducts intake assessments for residents; gather documents and evaluation information to build a files and service plan.

Build care plans based on assessments for new referrals and existing members.

Manage case load and meet mandatory meeting requirements for members for group home and host home environments.

Train staff on behavioral management (de-escalation plans) and manage conflicts between staff and patients.

Requirements:

Active BCBA Certification or Nurse Certification (RN)

Min 3-4 years of work experience in Behavioral Health working with adults with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, autism and/or mental health

Current CPR certification or ability to get
