We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership of general dental assisting, possess excellent customer service skills, and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. As the Lead Assistant, you will be responsible for multitasking and handling all tasks required to run the back office efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist dentists during procedures.Perform iTero scanning proficientlyPrepare and sterilize instruments and equipmentMaintain accurate patient recordsProvide excellent chairside assistance and ensure patient comfortCommunicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing educational informationSupport office operations and team members as neededOversee and coordinate the back office operationsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsTrain and mentor junior dental assistantsRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in general dental assisting (Required)Team leadership (Required)Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)Proficient with iTero scanning (Required)Proficient in Eaglesoft Software (Preferred)Exceptional customer service and bedside mannersAbility to multitask and manage back office operationsAbility to work full-time, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday per monthCommitment to long-term employmentBenefits:Competitive wageOpportunity to work in a modern, fully digital dental officeSupportive and professional work environmentApplication Process:
