We are seeking a highly skilled

DIRECTOR OF LABORATORY SERVICES

to lead our clinical laboratory team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the 24-hour operations of the clinical laboratory and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiencyMaintain accurate records and reports, including quality assessment and improvement dataProvide training and guidance to laboratory staffConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory servicesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related fieldState of Florida Supervisor's License in at least three areasFive years of experience at a supervisory level in a clinical laboratory settingAbout Us:HCA Healthcare Laboratory Services is committed to delivering high-quality laboratory services that meet the needs of our patients, providers, and partners.
