The Company is in search of a Director/Managing Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the market presence in stock-based compensation and complex securities advisory services. The candidate will be expected to have expertise in areas such as financial reporting, valuation, corporate finance, and tax, among othersThe ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with an MBA being a plus, and a minimum of 8-12 years' of relevant experience, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm. CFA or CPA certification is also preferred.
