About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Tax team, with a focus on regulated funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and providing internal consulting across the fund complex. This role requires a professional with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm or equivalent industry experience, with a strong background in U.S. mutual funds regulated under the 1940-Act. The Vice President will be a key tax advisor for the U.S. regulated funds business, which includes a diverse range of fund products. Key responsibilities include providing tax expertise in product design, fund qualification issues, and managing key tax processes. The role demands a high level of integrity, continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a broad knowledge of accounting and tax principles, with a CPA or LLM being highly desirable. They should be adept at communicating complex tax issues clearly and concisely and have strong business analysis and project management skills.
