Four day work week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Three vacation weeks each year, 1 in July, 2 in January.
Paid holiday time starts after a year of employment and pays for 1 week, after two years 3 weeks is paid.
Starts at $65,000 or $75,000 per year depending on experience (additional tips add more than another $10K,) includes supported medical benefits.
A “Dining Journey” moves guests from a Champagne/cocktail reception, through a kitchen table experience interacting with the chefs, to a traditional dining room with panoramic views of the Alexander Valley and finishes in a magical chocolate room complete with a flowing wall of molten chocolate.
