Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and must be proficient in various technical skills, including Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, refrigeration, pumps, schematics, pneumatics, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance on all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as neededPerform preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery to prevent breakdownsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performedAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all timesCollaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilityRespond to emergency maintenance requests promptlyStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleProficient in Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, refrigeration, pumps, schematics, pneumatics, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshootingStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work flexible hours as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification preferred
