Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.· Maintain work orders through company provided tracking software.· Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.· Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance requests.· Maintain exterior areas, including landscaping and parking lots, ensuring they are clean and safe.· Oversee third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services.· Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment in the company-provided van.· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in commercial real estate.· Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
