Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee and implement our sales strategy. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the hotel’s brand visibility within the luxury market segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase including suits and duplex sales, short and long stay.
- Identify and target high-value corporate and leisure clients and other key partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with senior leadership to report on sales performance, trends, and market intelligence.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand awareness and build relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize promotions, offers, and pricing strategies.
- Manage and maintain a detailed client database, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure that all client inquiries and service requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury travel trends, customer expectations, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel sales software (e.g., Opera).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
