Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Business Development professionals and manage their performance and development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Set and meet company sales targets
  • Manage key client relationships and build new client relationships
  • Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands
  • Develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies and budget
  • Identity and recommend new products and services
  • Help shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans on how to meet them
  • Continuously improve and streamline Business Development processes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in sales or marketing experience
  • Experience managing a team and leading process improvements
  • Construction Industry experience
  • Understanding of how to sell full turn key projects and has experience with vertical building
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
