Job Details

Nationally recognized law firm is seeking a NY/NJ Senior Employment Attorney to join its team!

Responsibilities: Mixed caseload including employment, securities/FINRA, and professional liability defense
Requirements: NY and NJ bar admission and civil litigation experience
Court Appearances and Deposition Experience, a plus
Experience drafting summary judgement motions and other dispositive motions
Exceptional writing and analytical skills are a must.
Securities experience is preferred.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions a plus
Mediation and trial preparation experience a plus
Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures
