Responsibilities: Mixed caseload including employment, securities/FINRA, and professional liability defenseRequirements: NY and NJ bar admission and civil litigation experienceCourt Appearances and Deposition Experience, a plusExperience drafting summary judgement motions and other dispositive motionsExceptional writing and analytical skills are a must.Securities experience is preferred.
