Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex cases, representing clients in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional advocacy skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and

courtroom representation.

• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies tailored to client goals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear legal guidance.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.
• Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, including courtroom appearances.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and craft creative solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
