Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes and a proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes.Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments, briefs, and memoranda.Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations.Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and strategic guidance.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Stay up to date on legal developments relevant to commercial litigation.

Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in NY.3-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong client relationship and communication skills.
