Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes, excellent litigation skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and other business-related

conflicts.Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Develop and execute effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members.Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel on litigation risks and potential resolutions.Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations when applicable.Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting commercial litigation.

Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in OR.Minimum 5 years of experience practicing commercial litigation.Strong courtroom experience, including trials, hearings, and depositions.Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
