Job Details

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projectsCoordinate with architects, designers, owners, and field personnelGenerate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittalsAssist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processingInspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codesMonitor and track project quality control metrics and activitiesAssist with project budgeting and buyoutsGenerate project punch lists and closeout documentationSupport the engineering and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in multifamily construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulationsProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and BluebeamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansExperience with wood frame construction preferredStrong organizational and time management skills
