Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project successReview and approve project plans, specifications, and contractsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirementsMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessaryCommunicate project status to stakeholders and senior managementManage project risks and identify opportunities for improvementProvide technical support to project team membersEnsure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverablesLead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction project managementStrong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management software and toolsProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredExperience in managing large-scale construction projectsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansKnowledge of budgeting and financial managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
