With a focus on innovation and simplicity, Tydo gives businesses the tools they need to grow sales, improve retention, and create impactful customer experiences.About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager at Tydo, you’ll play a key role in defining and delivering AI-powered personalization and advanced segmentation features for e-commerce brands. You’ll own the roadmap, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, and ensure that our products drive measurable impact. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of customer journeys, engagement channels, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with Tydo’s business goals and customer needs.Collaborate closely with engineering to develop and ship high-quality features that improve product performance and usability.Work with marketing and UX teams to optimize user funnels, retention, and growth.Define product requirements, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.Partner with engineering and data teams to build smarter customer segmentation, product recommendations, and engagement workflows.Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to refine product strategies.Measure and improve the effectiveness of product launches using performance data and user feedback.Work across teams to manage product launches, ensuring internal alignment and a seamless go-to-market strategy.Maintain and prioritize the backlog of enhancements, bugs, and technical improvements.Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in AI-powered e-commerce.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, AI-driven analytics, or e-commerce platforms.Strong ability to balance strategy with execution, moving quickly while keeping an eye on long-term impact.Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments.Technical acumen, with an understanding of software development processes, AI/ML concepts, and data analytics.Proficiency in tools for roadmap management, analytics, and user behavior tracking.Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.Experience with customer segmentation, user funnel optimization, or retention-focused product features.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.Passion for e-commerce and helping brands use data to grow.
