Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our accomplished team. This role involves providing exceptional legal representation to our clients, with a strong focus on Personal Injury. Our firm is known for its commitment to justice, innovation, and client success. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Massachusetts courts for personal injury cases, including trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and craft persuasive motions, pleadings, and other key documents.
- Lead discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and evidence review.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and other experts to build strong cases.
- Negotiate assertively with opposing counsel and insurance companies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
- Manage case files with precision and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations with professionalism.
Serve as a fierce advocate for clients while upholding the highest ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and client-relations abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes cases.
