SuperBam is a leading content monetization company that helps creators and media publishers identify and program their content across digital platforms through our best-in-class digital rights management and audience development services.SuperBam is in search of an SVP, Sales to lead and scale our sales and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with extensive experience identifying, closing and managing partnerships. The SVP, Sales is the primary entry point of contact for enterprise and key creator partners, and will work closely with the operations, product, customer success, finance, and leadership teams to establish large partnerships that are mutually beneficial for all parties.The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of building strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams. They will serve as a key thought partner to the executive team, actively contributing to SuperBam's strategic vision and success.Responsibilities:

Serve as the senior leader responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing enterprise and key creator partnerships that align with SuperBam’s strategic objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding SuperBam’s market presence.Work with the necessary sales team and internal departments to scope deals as well as be a stakeholder in client onboarding to ensure partnerships are successful from day one.Own and optimize pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for SuperBam’s services to maximize value for clients and the company, with the Operations, Finance, and legal teams.Prepare and present sales targets, budget, and forecasts with the Leadership team.Edit and revise pitch and reporting materials, ensuring they represent SuperBam’s best-in-class services appropriately.Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, key creators, and other stakeholders to position SuperBam as a trusted partner and industry leader.Act as a brand ambassador for SuperBam, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments to identify new revenue opportunities and areas for growth.As SuperBam’s clientele expands, build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Actively contribute to company-wide initiatives as a member of the leadership team, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment across departments.Qualifications:

Knowledge of platform management tools such as Creator Studio, CMS, and Meta Business Suite.Demonstrated success in a senior sales or business development role with at least 7–10 years of experience, including managing teams and scaling operations in a high-growth environment.Track record of developing and executing innovative sales strategies that deliver measurable results.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience building long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients and creators.Strong ability to create, analyze, and present data-driven insights through reporting and presentations.Bachelor’s Degree or above.Compensation and Benefits:
