Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Patient care involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with mental health issues. Collaboration with medical providers and mental health staff is essential for providing comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct assessments of patients with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with medical providers and mental health staff in designing and delivering patient care.
• Administer and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Assist patients and families in understanding and managing maladaptive behaviors.
• Exercise sound judgment in evaluation situations and make decisions to handle difficult or confrontational situations professionally.
