We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to join our collaborative team and provide essential support to our CEO. This role requires a strong team player who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of the CEO's office.Summary:

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, anticipating needs, proactively managing priorities, managing complex calendars, arranging travel, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an in-office position, 5 days a week, located in Itasca, IL.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks in the CEO's schedule.Conduct research and prepare briefings on relevant industry trends and competitive landscapes.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Prepare expense reports for the CEO, CFO, and COO.Manage and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, including the IAAPA Expo and the annual GM Management conference.Create presentations and develop PowerPoint templates.Provide limited support for personal appointments and errands as needed.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.Must-Have Qualifications:5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.Event and/or meeting planning experience.Prepared Board-level presentations.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Experience with Google Workspace.
